1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeasureFlow website, the Measure tool, the Render AI tool, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means that business.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MeasureFlow is on-site survey and AI-render software for the kitchen and joinery trade. It lets you capture a room survey (spec and sketch), export drawings and documents (including a DXF and a Cabinet Vision JSON hand-off), and generate AI concept renders from photos and a design brief. Features, tiers and limits are described on the site and may change over time.
Concept renders, not measured designs. AI renders are indicative visual concepts generated by a third-party AI model. They are for presentation and discussion only. They are not to scale, not a certified design, and not a substitute for a measured drawing, engineering, or trade advice. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications and suitability before any quote, order, manufacture or installation. We do not warrant that a render accurately represents a buildable outcome.
Likeness to the actual room. Because renders are produced by an AI model, they may not reproduce your actual room. The room shape and proportions, and the position, size, style and number of walls, windows, doors and cabinetry, can differ from the real space, can differ from what you entered in the survey, and can differ between successive generations of the same job. Renders are an approximate visual guide to look and layout only. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, quality, completeness or closeness of any render to the real room, and you must not rely on a render for dimensions, quantities, or the existence or placement of any building feature. The measured survey, drawings and Cabinet Vision hand-off — not the render — are the source of truth for the job.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at enquiry@ctikitchens.com.au if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for trade or business purposes.
One connected login may operate across MeasureFlow and related products (e.g. CabinetCare / MeasureFlow Studio). Access to each product depends on the plan you hold for that product.
4. Plans, billing and top-ups
Subscriptions. The Service is offered on subscription tiers (currently Standard $20, Starter $49, Pro $99, Max $199 per month; tiers and prices may change on notice). Each render tier includes a monthly allowance of render projects (one project = a set of render images) and access to the Measure tool. Standard is the Measure tool only.
Top-ups. You may buy one-off top-up packs (currently $20 for 20 extra projects). Top-ups are consumed after your monthly allowance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the plan you select and any top-ups you buy, on a recurring basis until cancelled. All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is charged only if and to the extent MeasureFlow is registered for GST; where GST applies, a tax invoice is provided.
Renewal and price changes. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. We may change prices or plan inclusions on at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal, and continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
Allowance resets. Your monthly project allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over. Unused allowance is not refundable or transferable.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we may suspend or downgrade your access until it is resolved.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not generally provide pro-rata refunds for a partial period, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a non-major guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply. If you believe there is a problem with the Service, contact us first at enquiry@ctikitchens.com.au and we will work to resolve it.
6. Your content and data
Your content. "Your Content" means the photos, room surveys, specs, client details, notes and other material you upload or create in the Service. As between us, you (or your clients) own Your Content. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide the features you use — including sending photos and briefs to our AI provider to generate renders, and sending a hand-off file to a connected product (e.g. Studio) when you choose to.
Your responsibilities. You must have the rights and any necessary consents to upload Your Content (including client photos and personal information) and to have it processed as described. You must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that you are not entitled to share.
Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. AI-generated output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the AI provider's terms, we assign to you (or do not assert ownership over) the render images generated for your account, so you may use them for your business. You acknowledge that: (a) AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to output generated for others; (b) we do not warrant the output is free of third-party rights in all cases; and (c) you are responsible for reviewing output before using it with a client. Do not present renders as measured or final designs (see clause 2).
8. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or the payment/enforcement system; scrape, resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed; reverse engineer the Service; or use it to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts/database), Google (AI renders via Gemini), and Netlify (hosting), and may connect to related products (CabinetCare, MeasureFlow Studio). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we choose reputable providers and describe how they process data in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability, changes and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via enquiry@ctikitchens.com.au.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including under the ACL, and for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period.
- We are not liable for decisions you or your clients make in reliance on AI renders or exported files without independent verification.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal retention obligations. You can request an export of Your Content before termination where practicable.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
