Concept renders are the drafts you iterate on — two per project, so they cover far more work than you will ever win. 4K design finals are the photoreal images produced once a client approves a design, 4 per job: the monthly figure is sized for the jobs that actually get approved, not for every project you quote, which is why it is the smaller number. CabinetCare has two allowances of its own, for the same reason: a technician photographs a finished install, cleans the shot up and adjusts it as many times as it takes — those are the clean-ups, and they are quick and cheap — then spends one 4K final on the shot they are happy with. Separate pools, so three goes at the frame never leaves them unable to finish, and neither can eat the designers’ allowance.
These renders come from your studio’s shared pool. Top-ups and billing are handled by your account admin — ask them if you’re running low.
Billing is hosted by Stripe, so it will offer every plan. If you drop from Pro or Max to Starter or Standard there, email admin@measureflow.com.au as well — your Studio and CabinetCare accounts have to be closed by hand.
