Layout (guides the AI renders)
The letters match the walls on your sketch (A, B, C…). List what's on each wall in order, left to right — the AI follows that sequence, so the order sets the position (e.g. “tall bank: fridge, wall oven, wide pantry, then dropdown to cooktop”). Separate items with commas, not dashes, so the AI reads them as a clear list, and use “then” where the run changes. Describe what things are (cabinets, appliances, finishes), not where to move them — the AI is poor at “move” or “rotate” instructions. A wall you leave empty is kept bare — that's what makes an L-shape vs a U-shape; you can also write “blank — nothing on this wall” if you'd rather say it out loud.
Note: a wall with no cabinets on it can be left empty or written as blank — nothing on this wall — either way the brief tells the AI to keep that wall bare. (If you leave every box empty the AI designs the layout itself.)
The island sits in the middle of the room (no wall letter). Give its size, then describe it relative to a wall and which side the seating is on — e.g. “parallel to Wall A, stools on the Wall B side.” Avoid “rotate” or “move”; the AI reads relative position, not directions.

Appliance schedule
Model numbers and existing sizes, for whoever enters this into your cabinetry software. It prints on the survey PDF. It is not used to build the design or the render.
Room Sketch
Tap to start, move toward where it should end, tap again to place. Each new wall, door or window starts exactly where the last one locked off — going clockwise around the room. To branch off (e.g. a walk-in pantry), tap an existing wall corner to start a new run from it — it snaps on and highlights as you get close.
Site Photos
Photos of existing conditions, damage, awkward spots, or anything the design team should see. Add a short note to each one.
AI Renders
Turn a site photo into three 3D-style design options for the client — each a different joinery configuration of this same room, rendered as a professional visualisation from the details and photos you've already captured.
The 3D view of your room (built from your measurements) is added automatically as the reference below and the design is built into it. For a new build with a real empty room, you can add a site photo instead.
This fills in from your survey. You can type straight into it to add wording, or use ➕ Add to brief under any image to push that note up here. What's in this box is exactly what gets generated. Tap Rebuild from survey to reset it from your answers.

🧩 CAD Render
Turn a 3D model and elevations into photoreal images. Upload each view — the 3D and every elevation — one at a time; each renders on its own. Describe the finishes once and they apply to every view. Download a PDF or send to Studio. Pro & Max plans only — uses the same render credits as the AI Renders tab.

Client brief
This is page one of the client PDF, laid out as it will print. The three large images come from your designs. Click any empty frame below to cut a close-up out of the chosen design — free, no render used.
Email the client saves this page and opens Mail addressed to the email on the Client & Spec Details tab — attach the saved file before you send, which a browser cannot do for you. Build the client PDF is the whole document — this page, the measured drawings and the photos. Download this page is just the sheet above, one page, for emailing to a client on its own. Both open in Files/Downloads — tap Share to send it on. The survey exports (Photos, DXF, Studio hand-off) are on the other tabs. Colours & finishes stay on the Client & Spec Details tab and print in the band at the foot.
